Shipping

We ship within the United States only. All orders ship free — no minimum required.

Every piece is handcrafted in NYC and ships within 2 business days of your order. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

14-Day Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the jewelry must be returned whole, without scratches or damage.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at rvstica.jewelry@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong piece, contact us immediately so we can make it right at our expense.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on custom orders, personalized items, or sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the original shipping cost incurred by us to send your order will be deducted from your refund.
