About RVSTICA

I'm Alexander, the man behind RVSTICA. I think of myself not as an artist, but as a craftsman: my work is about fire, copper, and physical effort.

I don't like jewelry that is polished to a soulless shine. I value imperfection. I love that copper allows my pieces to look like they were pulled from an ancient hoard or an archaeological dig — something that has weight, history, and texture.

I work in small batches, so the result is never exactly the same. Each piece is shaped by hand in NYC, one at a time. That means what you receive is not a product off a shelf — it is a specific object, made by specific hands, that will never be replicated exactly.

I've been surprised and inspired by how many people resonate with this work. I'm truly glad that it remains affordable — because I believe handcrafted things should be accessible, not just aspirational.
